This module will equip participants with knowledge and information on the peculiarities and characteristics of the African consumer. Routes to market, promotions, and channels are significantly different in African markets from how they are in developed markets. This module will enable you to develop your sales and marketing strategy, assess the agility of your selling approach in line with the evolutions in consumer behaviour, review and remodel your organisation’s route to market e.g. assess, strengthen existing and find new, relevant channels – E-commerce, appreciate ways to enhance the productivity of your sales organisation and understand and apply sales and relationship-enhancing behaviour.
